Humans spend a lot of time lost in perception.
We see someone else and immediately form opinions and assumptions based on stories made up in our minds. A young man in a red Lamborghini pulls up next to your busted Honda at a stoplight, and you perceive they are cocky, wealthy, healthy, happy, and simply living a better life than you.
But perceptions are often misleading.
They vary from person to person. Reality doesn’t.
To create a favorable life, we must first remove the obstacles blurring the lines between perception and reality. For some, it’s victimhood. For others, isolation, jealousy, or insecurity. They’re all defense mechanisms—invisible barriers.
Only after we embrace these vulnerabilities can we acknowledge them, own them, and eliminate them to clearly see the world. When you overcome the resistance of perception and choose to get living — not caught up watching — your frequency is revealed.
Then, you can put your time and energy into things that matter.
Aspects of life you control like:
Your attitude.
Your ego.
Your judgment.
Your creativity.
Your drive.
Your love.
Your responsibility.
And your choices.
That’s all frequency really is — a choice. Master it by exposing perception, and you can accomplish anything.
